My subscription is showing as "overdue/past due"

If you're receiving an error message that your account is past due, it's because you haven't submitted the most recent subscription payment. Please login to your PayPal account and complete the payment. Once you have submitted the payment, your account status should be updated from 'overdue' to 'current' and you'll be able to upload music again.

If you've made a payment and still are unable to upload music, please leave a message below or contact the administrator directly.

NOTE: When contacting the admin about a payment, please be able to present either 1 of the following 3 items:

    A.) The PayPal e-mail address the payment was made with.
    B.) The PayPal re-occurring profile ID for your offtheave.com subscription.
    C.) The PayPal transaction ID of your most recent offtheave.com payment.

You can find all of the above information in the e-mail you received from PayPal whenever you made the payment.
